We had a fantastic long weekend, and the owners were wonderful and always ready to help. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The harbour area is an easy walk, with restaurants, shops and a few boat trips to choose from, plus the pier nearby. We’ll definitely be back.

Steve and Elaine were excellent hosts at this place just outside Eastbourne centre. It’s right by the seafront and close to activities for the kids. The rooms were clean, tidy and nicely presented. Breakfast was hot and tasty, with plenty of choice, so you didn’t leave hungry.

Elaine & Steve made us feel very welcome, and we had a lovely stay. The room was fine and the beds were really comfortable, though it got very hot. There was a fan in the room. Breakfast was excellent, made with local produce. It’s a great spot for seafront walks, and town is about a 20-minute walk away. We’d also recommend Gianni's on Terminus Road.

Breakfast was nicely presented each morning and there was a good choice. The rooms were very clean, and Elaine and Steve made us feel so welcome during our lovely few days. We’d definitely stay again.

We especially enjoyed having tea on the balcony. Our room there was comfortable and very clean, and the accommodation was very good. The hosts were lovely and so helpful. We’d happily recommend the place and will definitely return.
