The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent with generous portions, and every member of staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic two-night half-board stay. The half-price drinks in the ballroom from 7:30-10:30 were a nice bonus. Wednesday's entertainment was outstanding. The songs suited the audience so well, and lots of people were dancing and having a great time. Thursday with Jane was pleasant, but the music, from 80s and 90s hits to The Killers and ballads, didn't suit the older crowd as well. There was much less dancing and enjoyment, especially compared with Wednesday. We left early and went to the Burlington Hotel, where Melodie were performing. They were fantastic, with songs that fit the crowd, a full dance floor and a brilliant end to the evening. This is the only reason I didn't give five stars. Melodie also perform here on Sundays and Wednesdays, which is something to look forward to. My only constructive suggestion is to add background music in reception to improve the atmosphere.

Drinks were reasonably priced, though we didn't eat at the hotel. The location was great for our weekend in May. The rooms were clean enough, but looked a little tired and in need of an upgrade.

The food selection was excellent, and the waiters and waitresses did an outstanding job serving three coach loads at once. Our waitress Ivana deserves a special mention: professional, courteous and very efficient, a real asset to the hotel. The place is spotless throughout, and the staff are helpful. It's centrally located for the town centre and beach. We're heading home after four nights at this brilliant hotel, and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The Turkey and Tinsel was worth every penny, with first-class entertainment. The hotel is well placed for the promenade and shops, and the staff are great. Can't fault it, I'll return.

The bar and lounge were still surprisingly busy at 10:15 pm, with guests chatting and in good spirits. My boyfriend and I stayed last weekend, and the hotel had such a homely feel and welcoming energy. The staff were polite, friendly and informative, and the other guests seemed happy and relaxed. Our double room had everything we needed, including booklets about the food, restaurant and services. I could see the hotel is managed to a high standard, and I'll definitely go back. 💎❤️
