We booked five rooms for the Saturday at £44 per night, each with B&B, then added Friday a few days before travelling. That night was £28 for a large sea view room with B&B, outstanding value. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was help yourself, lukewarm, and an okay selection, but a decent start to the day. The breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. I’d stay again. The main letdown was the bedroom windows. They were filthy, clouded with condensation, or scratched up, so you couldn’t see the amazing beach view. Such a shame.

During two nights in Eastbourne for work, I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were big and the price was great, with a good breakfast and a sea view. The staff were so kind and friendly, especially Ramy at reception and the breakfast team. What more could you ask for?

For a hotel that wasn’t expensive, I was surprised by how large and clean the rooms were. They had tea and coffee, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and a fan. Reception staff were very pleasant, and the self service buffet breakfast was good.

I’ve just spent 14 nights here, and it was absolutely worth it. The reception and cleaning staff were so friendly and kind, they made me feel welcome and safe. My 🐕 would probably like to be their ambassador and future friend. I’d totally recommend it as great value.

I’ve stayed a few times and find the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is a self service buffet with the usual choices for a FEB. Seafront parking permits are available for a reasonable price. The WiFi is weak, but it works.
