A nice, homely B&B run by a lovely couple. The room was clean and had everything you needed, and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast came with cereal options or a full English. It's about a 10-minute walk into town and very close to a beach. I'd happily recommend it and come back. :)

The breakfast was the best part, really enjoyable. It's a small guest house but has plenty of features, and the owners are very friendly and gave us useful advice for our time in Eastbourne. I'd definitely recommend it and will return.
