We were treated very kindly, and they even let us store our bicycles in a secure area while we competed in a local event. The room was beautiful, spotless and comfortable, with good curtains to block out the light. We'll come back without hesitation.

We were lucky to get the last room for the Eastbourne Airshow, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The room had been recently decorated, was clean and comfortable, and was well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We'd definitely return. :)

Yenny was a fantastic host, warm and charismatic, and went above and beyond for her guests. The two-star rating might put you off, but our room was spotless and nicely presented, with a comfy bed and a good sized modern walk in shower.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are really nice and clean. The living room, though, was closed for maybe one or two days during the week, which is a lot. The kitchen has just one fork for forty people, and it's always dirty.

This is my fourth time back, and I'll come again. It's such a friendly place for a holiday, and a family run business that does what it can to please guests. If you expect a five star hotel, look for one, but I recommend this guesthouse to everyone. The place is very clean, the bed is cosy, and the Full English breakfast is delicious and cooked to order. Some people have left bad reviews about it, but I think they're wrong. Everyone has different tastes, of course.
