I've been to Eastbourne six times for walking holidays around the Seven Sisters and usually stayed at different hotels along the seafront. Two weeks ago I tried The Langtons for the first time after seeing the positive reviews. It was my favourite stay by far, so we came back this weekend for another walk. Karen and Mark were attentive, and the B&B is beautifully presented. Our clean room and en suite came with hot drinks and biscuits, plus there's a mini fridge outside the room for keeping drinks cold. They serve a delicious full English breakfast, and there's free parking behind the B&B. The location is quiet at night for a good sleep, yet handy for shops, the seafront, and pubs. We were lucky enough to meet Karen and Mark's dog too, a cute fluff ball! I highly recommend it. The Langtons is now my default place to stay when I visit Eastbourne.

For the first two nights of our UK holiday, we stayed at this B&B. Karen and Mark were very accommodating about check-in and let us use a mini fridge. The room was bright and clean, with lovely beach views, and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our two-night stay.

We had a lovely few days in a clean, comfortable room with nice decor. The Seaview room could use a bit more space, though. Since there's no table, having two chairs feels unnecessary, and removing one would help. I would also have liked some fresh fruit at breakfast. Otherwise, everything was good.

The bed was incredible. This is personal, I know, but it was the best night's sleep I've had in years. The rooms were very clean and tidy, breakfast was an excellent full English, and the owners were welcoming with ideas for filling the day. Great value, and only five minutes from the beach. It would have been a clear five all round, but I couldn't keep the shower tap on. It needed tightening.

Breakfast was outstanding and we had a first-class stay. Mark and Karen were just as welcoming and friendly as they were on our first visit. This time we stayed in 'All At Sea', a beautiful, bright, very clean room. We'd highly recommend it.
