The housekeeping was some of the best I've experienced, and the facilities were very nice. It's close to plenty of things to do and a lot of activity. The place itself was fine, though I wish the room had keyless entry. We were given one room key in a lockbox outside the apartment.

We arrived in the evening after travelling with our 2-year-old, and the owner said he couldn't accommodate us because babies can be noisy. We had booked through opodo and provided all the details, but he wouldn't hear me out about our child or booking. He accused me of being a LIAR and said I'd listed my child as 6 instead of 2 to fit his apartment. I hadn't, I had selected the 1-6 years age range. We were left on the street trying to figure out where to take our child for the night. His wife let us in, but he said he wasn't happy to have us. I was so upset I couldn't sleep. I found the booking and sent him a photo of the details. It spoiled our holiday. Very rude, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

After nearly 7 hours of travel with a 5-year-old and a one-year-old, we arrived to find the owner saying he couldn't have us because babies can be noisy. We'd booked through BA and given all the details, but ended up literally out on the street, not knowing where to take the kids for the night. It spoiled our holiday. Very rude, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The owners were wonderfully friendly and helpful when they welcomed us. It's a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse, now lovely modern apartments and suites, and it was impeccably clean. The family run operation felt very professional.
