The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the room had the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent three nights visiting Edinburgh and used the regular buses into the centre, leaving our car in the off-road parking. There’s also a shop and post office an easy walk away. Our spaniel Harvey came with us, and there was a large park nearby for walks. The buses were dog friendly, as were many city pubs and cafés. I’d highly recommend this affordable homestay for a city break.

We had a lovely little break here. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, the accommodation was just what we needed, and there are lots of amenities nearby with good transport into the city centre. We’ll definitely recommend it and would come back if they’ll have us, LOL.

The bus stop is right in front of Broom House, so getting around was quick and easy. Our room had everything we needed, including a private bathroom, mini fridge and microwave. The hosts were exceptionally kind. We had an amazing weekend stay and will definitely come back in the future. Thanks again Eleonora and Alberto!

The place felt like home, and even having an umbrella ready was a sweet touch. I liked the brochure with information about the city, transport and nearby restaurants. It was very clean, and the bus stop is a one-minute walk away. I recommend it.

Ciao Eleonora. I spent just over a week at Broomhouse stayhome and highly recommend it. It’s a quiet, safe area, and the city centre is very close by bus or tram. My room was very clean and had all the comforts I needed, plus the best duvet ever. Thank you, I’ll be back hahaha.
