There was lots to do close by, from shops and restaurants to public transport, and the city centre was nearby. I loved how comfortable the rooms were and how well equipped the place was. It had a cozy, welcoming feel, the staff were super friendly, and I’ll definitely come back.

The quiet spot made it easy to get into the centre on foot, and the room itself was cosy, clean and full of charm. Sav was lovely throughout, welcoming and quick to help whenever I needed something. I had a really nice stay at City Retreat Edinburgh and would happily come back.

That old building gave our family the feeling of stepping into another time, and the kids said it was like the world of Harry Potter. Sav was so kind and helpful, too. We found the roughly 15-minute walk to the old town centre just right for us. A magical stay, we'd gladly recommend it.

I stayed three nights and found the apartment spotless, with cosy furnishings and a very comfortable bed for unwinding after sightseeing. Cafes, shops and popular sights were an easy walk away, while public transport nearby helped with trips farther out. For the quality and location, I thought it was worth the price. I had a great time and would gladly return on another visit.
