I felt like a princess in this Edinburgh apartment, and our week-long stay left us keen to come back. It’s right in the city centre, with lovely little shops and cozy cafés close by. The place is spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The large kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There were plenty of dishwasher tablets and enough coffee for several days. The bathroom was just as well supplied, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand cream and hand soap.

I really liked the apartment and its part of the city. The extra charges were a disappointment, though, because I didn’t think they’d been made clear enough. It’s frustrating to find additional costs after the trip when you’ve already paid a significant amount for the room.

Maria was kind, professional and knowledgeable when I used the WhatsApp chat to ask a couple of questions. I also asked about keeping the room for an extra hour and soon got a message confirming the extension, which worked beautifully with our train time. The team’s staff were consistently excellent throughout. This was our second stay with Destiny Scotland, this time in the Hanover Street Superior Studio Apartment. We arrived at 10:30am to leave our cases at the office, and unbelievably the room was already ready. It was beautiful, spotless and had everything we could need, right down to washing liquid, cloths and toiletries. I can’t say enough good about the experience from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend Destiny Scotland to anyone looking for a stay in Edinburgh. Thanks to everyone who works so hard to make it such a good place to stay. We’ll be back next year.

There was so much room inside that my travel companions and I never felt crowded. The wardrobe was large enough for hanging clothes and drying wet rain jackets, and having a washer-dryer while travelling was a real bonus. The apartment was also well placed for getting around Edinburgh on foot or by public transport, with the tram around the corner and buses along Hanover. Rose St. is an easy spot for a bar crawl from here. I had a fantastic four-day stay. The Destiny staff were wonderful and promptly answered my arrival questions. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Edinburgh.

Stairs lead up to the apartment, and the bed was fine to sleep in. The nights were quiet, and there’s a nearby grocer. Inside, it was stocked with what we needed for cooking and had a washer-dryer. Destiny Scotland Hanover Studio Apartment is a great little place for a few nights in the centre of New Town. The location was the best part, with tourist attractions, restaurants, the train station and car rentals close by.
