Destiny Scotland - Princes St Residence

The cigarette smell in our supposedly smoke-free apartment is overwhelming. I contacted the 24/7 WhatsApp number and still haven't heard back. Even with all the windows opened straight away, I've got a severe headache and feel sick. This is completely unacceptable and doesn't match the listing. I would not recommend it to anyone who doesn't smoke.

The building stays surprisingly quiet inside, even though it's on a busy street, which we actually liked. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out and well equipped, and the central location was ideal. Communication was excellent, and having an 11am checkout was much appreciated. I'd stay again.

A lovely sunrise comes through the living room window, and the apartment itself is nicely decorated, roomy and comfortable for four. There are four flights of stairs, so it won't suit someone with mobility issues. Also, homeless people live on Princess St, including on the steps by the entrance. It didn't cause us a problem as a group of four middle-aged women, but solo women should know what to expect. This is my favourite of the four apartments I've stayed in over the years, and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the place was clean and had everything we needed. princess street destiny apartment is in a perfect location. We'd recommend it to everyone.
