Breakfast came right to our room, so there were no queues in a dining room. It sounded basic, but we got real coffee and croissants, and the little fridge was a bonus you don't often find in bigger hotels. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and during a hot spell they provided a fan that worked really well. Brilliant, recommended.

Parking is free, though it's on the street and finding a spot near the guesthouse could be tricky. It wasn't a big deal for us. The B&B itself is ideally placed, just minutes from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the host made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs and bacon available to order, plus hot options like porridge. They also provided fruit, breads, pastries, milk, orange juice, water, tea, and coffee. My family and I had a great stay.

The room was a little small, but comfortable, and breakfast was good. The host was friendly and helpful, and the bus stop is only a few steps away. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Edinburgh.

The freshly made breakfast was lovely, and the bus stop right outside the next door house made getting around easy. Our ensuite double room had recently been renovated. The host was wonderful and very congenial. Highly recommended!
