We stayed here in spring 2024. The guest house is well located, and the host was lovely. The room was okay, though it needed a thorough dusting. I have asthma and felt a bit unwell after just one night in there. Breakfast the next day was tasty and nice.

The stairs are worth noting, there’s no lift and you’ll need to climb several flights. Still, this small guest house is in a lovely spot for exploring the beautiful old city on foot, and the management were helpful. Great service and a tasty breakfast.

The room was clean and cozy, and the place felt fresh and quiet. We really appreciated how friendly and respectful everyone was. The service was lovely, and breakfast was a highlight. Thanks so much, I’d happily recommend it.

The staff were so kind, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was spotless, too. The location worked perfectly for us, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Murray was a great host, and the dining room looks amazing. I haven’t tried breakfast yet, but I’m sure it’ll be good. The rooms are a good size, even my single room, which has its own private bathroom. This gem is right in the heart of edinburgh, next to the bus station. I’d definitely stay again when I’m in Edinburgh.
