One thing to know before booking: it’s on the top floor and there’s no lift, so it won’t suit guests with restricted mobility. If that’s not an issue for you, it’s worth booking. We stayed for a weekend holiday in Edimburgh last year with four friends. The place was new, nice, clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. We had no trouble parking our “big” rental car nearby, and communication with the owner was excellent.

The location was convenient and our host was really attentive. It was excellent for me and my lovely family. Nothing to fault, we’ll stay again and I’d VERY much recommend it.

The washroom is much too small. The rooms, though, are clean, very good, and spacious. Just be aware the place is on the 3rd floor.
