The room’s air felt a little dry, but a bowl of water sorted that out. Otherwise, it had everything we needed, from a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, and iron to free coffee, tea, and chamomile tea. The staff are all lovely and make you feel at home. It’s only a few minutes from the city center, with lots of great breakfast and lunch spots nearby. Congratulations to the team, we’ll definitely be back.

We really liked the shower and wet room we had 😜, and the little bottles of creamy milk in the fridge were a nice touch. The hotel was peaceful inside and out, so it was easy to relax and feel at home. WiFi was super top notch. We had a lovely romantic stay in Edinburgh for my partner’s Birthday at this wonderful new hotel. All the guys working there were helpful and always smiling. The team here really made our stay easy and hassle-free. Forth Apartments has been rebuilt and renovated, with a modern look and a high-quality finish. It’s tucked down a quiet lane, just a stone’s throw from the city centre. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, the duvets felt just right, and the bathroom and kitchenette had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a visit to Edinburgh. Thank you.

The team were lovely and helpful throughout. Cameron was fantastic when I realised I’d messed up my departure date, and made the mistake far less stressful. Eve also went above and beyond to help with my booking. Great team, great place, thanks Forth House!!! I stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location is very central, so everything is walkable, with supermarkets and transport close by. Even so, it was really quiet, which matters a lot to me. I didn’t hear anything at night. We had a one-bedroom place with a separate living area, useful for a longer stay. Both rooms had their own air conditioning controls, so I could keep the bedroom cooler at night and the living area warmer. The rooms were large and beautifully presented, though I’m not sure if they’re new, recently refurbished, or just beautifully maintained. The kitchen had a microwave oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and washer-dryer. The king bed was a bit hard for me, but an extra duvet underneath helped. You can’t go wrong staying here.
