The kitchen on the floor is fully equipped, but it's kept closed, and there was no kettle or microwave in the room. The owner had switched off the hot water machine at reception, so if you wanted boiled water, you had to ask staff whether they could use their own kettle for you. For a hot coffee or tea, you could pay to use the vending machine. I always thought there was a limit to how much you could rip off customers.
