I was pregnant when we arrived, and they made us leave that same night. We dropped off our suitcases and went out to explore. About an hour later, Booking.com emailed to say our booking had been cancelled. The hotel hadn't contacted us or explained what was going on. After a long wait, someone finally let us in to collect our luggage, since our access codes had been disabled. We explained what had happened and asked to stay the night because, in my condition, finding somewhere else to sleep wasn't possible. They didn't care. There was no reply, no apology, and no help finding other accommodation. The whole thing was deplorable, especially the lack of empathy and cooperation in such a delicate situation.

It's in an excellent location, and the room is comfortable, though small and functional. The bathroom is a good size, and they provide coffee and tea.

We paid for a 40m² room advertised with a "very large bed," but what we got was a tiny room. That was disappointing.
