Getting around was easy: a bus stop right outside goes directly to the city center, and the tram is only a few minutes away for trips to and from the airport. Danny and Jasmine were exceptional hosts. My single room was spotless and had all the essentials. Its bathroom was outside the room, but private and only two steps across the hall. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh. Highly recommended!

Our host was lovely and attentive, and we had a really nice time. The room was spacious, with a little sitting area, and had a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The Scottish standard breakfast was very good for a fair price.

The room came with tea and coffee facilities and welcome biscuits, and breakfast was tasty, filling, and offered plenty of choice. The hosts were fantastic, sharing tips for getting around and making sure we were comfortable. The place was clean and central, right opposite a bus stop, with lots of local restaurants to pick from. It was perfect for what we wanted.

The hosts were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Everything was clean and we had what we needed. Edinburgh was about 10 minutes away by public transport. I’d definitely come back.

The biscuits went nicely with our tea, and the room felt more like home than home itself. It was lovely. We didn’t discover a fridge, though.
