We booked this for a group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday, but it was a real letdown. We were meant to get into the apartment at 2pm and still couldn’t get in by 4pm because the cleaner hadn’t been. We were allowed in just to drop our bags since we had a meal booked. When we came back later that night, we found only the rooms at the front of the apartment had windows. That made us feel it might be unsafe in a fire. The bathroom was very tired, with a loose door handle, a flimsy lock, mildew on the shower curtain, and a hole in the ceiling. We’d been looking forward to a hot tub, but it turned out to be a bath that was very high to climb into. Not recommended for a special occasion, it felt more like cheap student accommodation.

The host communicated quickly and clearly, and the kitchen was clean. The toilet wasn’t clean to our standards, the bathroom was moldy, and the bedrooms were only moderately clean. We don’t recommend staying here.

Avoid this place at all costs. It was dirty, with dust and hairs everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting. The basement had no windows and a weird, unsafe layout, with plugs and CO2 monitors that weren’t up to standard. The owner was rude and unresponsive. We couldn’t get in until 4pm, although check-in was at 2pm. It wasn’t even that cheap.

This place was horrible, not good at all. The owner was rude and unresponsive, and some key security features are outdated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It shouldn’t even be on booking. Avoid.

The stairs were the one problem, I tripped and fell. Otherwise, it was absolutely awesome!
