Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, with loads of fresh fruit, pastries and cooked options with Scottish touches. There were plenty of coffees to choose from, including an espresso machine, and the yoghurt was wonderfully smooth and rich. The bar also had a good range of local lagers. We stayed two nights while visiting our Edinburgh offices. The hotel is right by the tram and train station, making it easy to get around, and we slept like logs. Everyone on staff was kind and made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big TV, great air conditioning, a lovely rain shower and nice Rituals toiletries. The pool and fitness suite are included, which is amazing for the price. Stay here!

The hotel was very clean, had everything we needed, and the staff were easy to reach whenever we needed help. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and breakfast had lots of good choices, just right before a busy day. We also liked having shops within walking distance for any things we forgot to bring. We wanted to stay outside Edinburgh city centre while keeping transport convenient, and this worked out well.

We had a lovely meal to finish our spa day, and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly. Earlier, Manuel welcomed us at reception and explained everything we needed to know for the day. He was really helpful and nothing felt like a bother. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent, very clean and well equipped. We'll definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks again!

Getting into Edinburgh city centre by tram was so easy. The service is frequent and quick, and costs £2.40 one way. My wife and I had a comfortable two-night stay at Novotel Edinburgh Park. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they made check-in, check-out and parking straightforward. The breakfasts were very welcome too. We'd happily stay again.

The only real issue for us was the sofa bed. The mattress and duvet were quite small for two people, so proper separate beds would be better in family rooms. We asked for another duvet, which helped. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the staff were brilliant and very accommodating, and I'd gladly stay again. It's a lovely hotel in a great spot, easy to reach from the airport and to get into the city. There are lots of shops within walking distance, and being able to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out was really helpful.
