David and Liz were especially lovely hosts, and we plan to stay with them again when we come back to Edinburgh. The Conifers had clean rooms, a homely feel, good prices, and a nice location, which made the stay really fun. Breakfast was fine, with lots of fruit, yoghurts, sweet buns, and cereals. The coffee was really good, an important detail! As a continental European, I did miss some freshly baked small bread, though.

It was very quiet here, even though it’s just off Leith walk, and the bus and tram links into town are great. Walking takes only 20 minutes. There’s ample parking outside, free on weekends too. I stayed last weekend for a golfing trip. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with fresh towels, and David and Liz were very welcoming hosts. We’re already looking to return next year.

The house is only a 15-minute walk from the town centre and princess st., and the room was large, nicely decorated, and had great facilities. David and Liz were fantastic hosts, happy to share what they know about the city, places to visit, pubs, and more. Just back from a couple of days in Edinburgh, and can’t wait to book another stay. 10/10.

A great bed and breakfast for anyone visiting Edinburgh. It’s on a nice, quiet street about a 20-minute walk from the city center, with ample parking. The staff were incredibly friendly, and David was always around with recommendations and advice.

The rooms are nicely presented, with an ensuite, sofa, and lounge table. Breakfast is included and has a very nice range of options. It’s good value, well located near Edinburgh centre, with plenty of places to eat nearby. I’d recommend it and would stay again when visiting Edinburgh.
