It surpassed everything I expected from serviced accommodation.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, and the location was quiet. Staff were very helpful, and access was easy. Each day we got WhatsApp messages with ideas for places to eat and things to see, which was useful. It's right in the heart of Edinburgh, within easy walking distance of the Castle, Grass Market, major attractions and train stations. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in the city.

The space was spotless when I arrived, and everything from the furnishings to the utilities felt carefully thought through and easy to manage. It was the most comfortable place I've booked in a long time. I'd strongly recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.

We were relocating as a family, and staying here was a real lifesaver. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen came with premium appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made a huge difference. The customer service team was helpful and quick to respond.
