Our airline cancelled our flight the night before the trip because of cyclone eowyn. The accommodation said that wasn't a reason to cancel for free. Since this was a weather event that put people's safety and lives at risk, I feel the establishment was wrong to refuse a refund. They also offered no alternative, such as changing the booking dates. We're still disputing it through Booking, but haven't had a response.

The place was spacious, in a great spot and had everything we needed. It was very good value, and we'll probably come back.

The price was what tempted me to book, even though I'd been wary after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. I wasn't disappointed: it's centrally located and reasonably priced.

The price was fair, but there were no double beds and no reading lights.

For the price, it's hard to beat the location. The apartment could use some care and attention.
