The food was good, and the rooms were clean, but the catering was badly managed. Service didn’t start until 9pm, and we were stuck in line for almost 30 minutes. With only two staff, they were constantly running to the kitchen to replenish food. If four people take some, it needs to be topped up. At least get a larger container. There was no water in the room, and the restaurant never refilled it for meals. The manager said the bathroom water was drinkable, but I’m not going to drink water from the bathroom. I bought two 330ml bottles for £4. I wish I could give less than one star.

SONAM at reception made check-in and the rest of the stay smooth with her friendly attitude, warm smile, and professional, helpful service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and we had a lovely view from the window. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming too. I had a wonderful stay at Muthu river side (Glasgow), and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially for the great staff and service.

The staff were so friendly and cooperative, always ready to help, and their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, with very large beds and exceptional facilities. Everything was excellent, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Sam at reception was incredibly attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The room was very clean and nicely presented, though it seemed to be in an interim state. There are large-scale renovations underway, so I expect the rooms will be updated soon. We’ll be back on our next trip over! 😊

The set dinner menu was great, and the food was lovely. Breakfast had plenty of choice too. Lorrie deserves a big shout-out for making us feel so welcome. We stayed for one night on our way home from Isle Of Skye. It’s a lovely hotel that’s just been renovated, with good-sized rooms, comfy beds, and great views over the river Clyde and bridge.
