My parents were visiting for a birthday, so I booked the lodge for them. It was warm and cosy, with everything they needed, and felt like a little hidden gem that could almost make you forget where you are. They had such a good stay that I’m tempted to book one for myself, just for some peace and quiet. Many thanks to the host. We’ll definitely be back.

The lodge was clean and spacious, and the setting was wonderfully quiet. The hosts gave us a brilliant welcome. We also liked the onsite café, especially its lovely outdoor seating area with a place for kids to play.

We spent a few days here as a family and found the log cabin very comfortable. It’s in a quiet spot, has everything you need, and is conveniently located for local amenities.

A lovely park with everything we needed. It’s well placed for walks and for trips further afield, and we’d definitely come back.

I’ve stayed in these lodges with my dogs many times over the years, and it’s always been a lovely visit. They’re very dog friendly, well equipped, and in a great location. The service is fab, too. Looking forward to coming again!
