We were a large family, and the location was ideal, with lovely surroundings behind the property. Our family had mixed views of the rooms, but everyone agreed the drain smell was awful at times. The place needs a lot of TLC: there was no double glazing and draughts came in from outside all over. Our bed was huge, but the mattress was so hard it was uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic break for my mother-in-law's birthday. The property was a lovely size, with lots of rooms, and the baths were beautiful.
