The breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door was good, and you can get a deal by booking ahead. We’d stay again because the staff sorted out our room issue without any fuss. The first room had a problem, possibly a smell from the air conditioning, but after we complained they immediately moved us to a very nice room. On arrival, the staff were helpful with parking information. The hotel is easy to reach from the M5, with supermarkets and petrol stations nearby. We enjoyed our three-night stay.

We spent three nights here and would come back for the straightforward service. We had to complain about a smell, which I think came from the air conditioning in the first room, but staff moved us straight away to a very nice one. They were also helpful with parking details when we arrived. The Brewers Fayre pub next door does good food and breakfast, and booking in advance can get you a deal. It’s easy to get to from the M5, with supermarkets and petrol stations close by.

The Premier Plus room was huge and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning, a lovely comfortable bed and some nice upgrades. I slept better than I have in ages. I was here for one night on business, and the location near the M5 was great. The extra cost was well worth it, and I’d definitely book the upgrade again.

Getting to the city centre and the main roads was easy from this location. My room was clean and very comfortable, and I slept really well. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries and fruit. Check-in was all handled online, but the receptionist was still super helpful, sorting out my parking and an extra key. A very pleasant stay at another Premier Inn.

The Premier Inn itself is superb, and I’ll use it whenever I’m in the area. Friendly staff, a good room, and everything was as it should be. The Brewers fayre pub next door is another story: it’s short-staffed, often low on basic food, and closes when the staff decide they want to go home. I’ve reported it to head office.
