City Gate Garden Lodge

I contacted Vic in July 2022 for a few reasons, and I'm really glad I did. Working with someone who shares my drive and passion for property is motivating, and that was an added bonus. After a session with her, I feel like I've won the lottery and actually have my s**t together. She's supportive and boosts your confidence, while making things straightforward: she solves problems with simple answers, crosses the T's and dots the I's, and helps prevent overcomplicated processes and mistakes. That makes the company's operations run more smoothly. Vic adapted each session to what I wanted to work on, so the approach was flexible. For my busy serviced accommodation business, the essentials are systems, operations, team workflow and management. In just TWO sessions, I restructured things, redesigned internally and built a rate strategy I hadn't been able to put together before. It should help me, the team, our clients and landlords in a simple, effective way. If you're wondering whether another experienced opinion is worth it, I can absolutely vouch for Vic. She's genuine and supportive, and answers questions or concerns within the hour. Bringing in experienced business coaches can help reduce tasks while getting more output, and create harmony in how a company runs and serves its clients. Keep things simple and streamlined, and build a brand that reflects your service and passion. Vic, you're a fantastic business coach. After our final session in OCT, I'll continue with educational sessions every six months. Investing in yourself and your company can only do good. Thank you for everything. xox
