West Street Mews Serviced Accommodation

The little touches made us smile, especially finding milk and other basics ready for us. West Street was a lovely base for our long weekend, with a spacious, clean apartment in a great spot. We had a really happy stay and would recommend it. We’ll be back soon.

For seven months, this was a comfortable, spacious place to stay, with a Sky box in the living room and two more TVs upstairs, one in each bedroom. Phil and Alexis were easy to reach, helpful, and understanding. Whenever something needed attention, even a dead fire alarm battery or a blown bulb, the West Street Mews team replied quickly and came to help. I never had a complaint. I extended my stay month by month, often giving Phil only a month's notice, and he was very accommodating. Whenever I'm back in Exeter, this will be my first choice.

The living room was comfortable, though a bit dark in daylight. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were bright from the Velux windows, spacious, and fitted with very comfortable beds. It's a lovely apartment close to the quay and centre. I'd happily book again.

I haven't had the chance to stay at West Street Mews because my university commencement trip was cancelled due to covid-19. Still, the SITU representative was excellent throughout, both while we planned and when we had to cancel. We needed accommodation for three families, and the options were generous and very reasonably priced. He was personable, helpful, and prompt in every communication. I hope I can make it there another time.
