The location is strategic, and they still manage to keep things private. Security is great, the rooms are good and match what was advertised, and there are useful facilities like gyms and TV rooms. All the staff are super nice. They’re the best. It’s a fantastic place to live.

I’ll miss the really friendly, helpful staff when I leave. It’s been a great place to live while studying, with clean, nice rooms and a really good gym.

Maintenance has been going on constantly, and the noise really disrupts your life. The team starts early, around 9 am, so you can be woken by loud drilling. They shouldn’t be doing so much refurbishment while residents are still living there.

I paid two deposits and didn’t get either of them refunded.

There are fire alarms and maintenance all the time, and the airlock system is terribly slow.
