Sue was the perfect host, so friendly and helpful. The large downstairs room was spotlessly clean, had an ensuite, and included everything we needed. The town centre is only a five-minute walk away, as is the lovely two-mile beachfront with lots of places to eat. A train station and bus station are also a short walk away, making it a great base to explore Devon. You can park on the road with a permit from Sue. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We came for a friend's wedding and felt more like we were staying with friends. Sue was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with everything we needed, including a fridge. Lovely room, great location, and an amazing host. We hope to visit again soon.

Sue is a brilliant, welcoming host, and we had a lovely room in this fantastic guest house. The seafront, shops, cafes, and restaurants are all an easy walk from the door. For fellow Kiwis, we found the best coffee at the 'Bumble and Bee', just a three-minute walk away in the local gardens.

Suzy was lovely and always around with suggestions for places to eat or visit. The room was comfortable, with a great selection of drinks, and fresh milk and water were provided each day. It's a great guest house in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and seafront. We'd definitely stay again.

We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. Sue is warm and welcoming, and everywhere is immaculate. The location is great for walking, Stuart Line boat trips, and the centre of Exmouth. Top place, would very much recommend!
