Den was a wonderful host. He welcomed us with tea and lemon drizzle cake, suggested a great place for dinner, then made us a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bed and bedding felt luxurious. Can’t recommend it enough.

The area around the B&B is beautiful and makes for a perfect weekend away. From check-in, our hosts were incredibly attentive. We had the downstairs room, which was spotless and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing too. We’ll definitely stay again. Can’t fault it.

The Hereford room was huge, cosy, warm and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, though we’re still not sure what was available apart from fried food. The place is in a nice, quiet spot between Exeter and Exmouth. The hosts were friendly enough, and they served us a nice coffee and slice of cake when they showed us to our room. They’d been busy when we arrived and had asked us to come much sooner. Later, after the host went out, we noticed there was no information in the room about good restaurants or places to visit. We rang the bell to ask, but the lady who came out didn’t seem pleased to see us, so we left without asking. I’d still recommend this B&B, but I think we arrived at a bad time for them and didn’t get the tourist information we’d hoped for.

Den checked our breakfast preferences before we arrived, and we were greeted with an offer of a hot drink and cake. Everywhere was absolutely spotless, from the corridors and living rooms to the bedrooms. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was perfect too. A 10 out of 10 from us, highly recommend.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, with a lovely cup of tea and a slice of cake. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the linen and towels were good. Breakfast was excellent, and our hosts gave great service. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
