I slept really peacefully, even though I expected noise from the pub nearby. I didn't hear a thing. The room was spotless and well kept, and much bigger than I expected from a single booking. It had a large bathroom, a separate living room and even a kitchen. The two guys at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. For the space and comfort, it was good value. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

A good-value room with friendly, helpful staff. It's right in the centre of Fakenham, handy for local shops, and makes a great base for touring North Norfolk, King's Lynn and Norwich.

The staff were brilliant, the prices were good, and the location was easy to find. We stayed two nights in a studio room out the back and it was excellent. There's a car park behind the pub, which I used. It holds about 8-10 cars, handy to have.
