We found lovely, clean beaches within a ten minute walk or a short drive. Town and harbour, with quirky shops and fabulous restaurants and bars, are about a ten minute stroll away. There’s off-street parking, and the two guys who own and run this B and B are helpful and never make you feel like a request is too much. Breakfast was delicious, served in a bright, clean, delightful room. Great accommodation in a brilliant location. Thoroughly recommend it.

The room felt so welcoming as soon as I checked in, and everything seemed to be in just the right place. I travel a lot for work and have had some very bad hotel experiences, but this Guest House is top of the range. The room and toilet were very clean, the shower was fantastic, and even the toilet roll was top quality. I highly recommend this guest house. I’ve decided to come back for a holiday in August. Well done to the owner/s and the team.

We’ve stayed in the family room a couple of times, and Lynda is an awesome hostess. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I wouldn’t even think of staying anywhere else in Falmouth.

Our family suite had a living room, bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and looked newly decorated. The bedding was crisp, high-quality linen, and the modern bathroom had a full-size bath plus a separate shower. At £124 a night for four people, including breakfast, it was fantastic value. The service was attentive, warm and friendly too. The glowing reviews this place gets on various websites are well deserved.
