Heidi and Paul were so friendly and helpful with everything, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is great too, just a 10-minute walk to the beach or marina. The one downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in all rooms.

I stayed here before moving to Falmouth. The owners are lovely and very welcoming, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It's not a modern place, but it has a lot of character connected to the old observatory, which I think makes it special.

A fantastic bed and breakfast, with comfy beds in lovely, large rooms. The staff are warm and welcoming and will accommodate your needs. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. I'd highly recommend it.

The owners are so friendly and helpful, and breakfast is out of this world. The rooms are good too. This was my third visit, and I think it’s probably the best place to stay in Falmouth.

I first found this lovely place when my daughter was at university in penryn, and I’ve stayed a few times since. Heidi and Paul make you feel so welcome, and if you need anything in your room, just ask. They’re happy to suggest places to visit and restaurants, and breakfast is fabulous. I’ll certainly come back with my daughter or my husband.
