Yapham Holds Farmhouse

The pod was pre-warmed when we arrived on an icy February evening, with hot water bottles and blankets ready, which was very welcome. The owners had been in touch beforehand and replied quickly to our messages. We got a lovely welcome and they offered to lock our bikes away for us. The pod was great, and this is a lovely place to stop if you’re cycling the Way of the Roses. Showers and toilets were immaculately clean, and the music was a nice touch. Very cyclist friendly, I’d highly recommend it.

The pod was cosy and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and thoughtful. It’s a lovely spot, around a five-minute drive from the local village. The washing area, toilets and showers were set up well, and you can borrow DVDs to watch. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it.

My daughter and I loved our night here. It was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean, and the shared facilities were just as spotless. The kitchen was lovely for washing up or warming food, and we liked being able to choose a DVD for later. Rebecca was welcoming and gave us ideas for things to explore. We sat outside for a couple of hours despite the cold because it was so peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of nature. Thanks for a wonderful night, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Sarah and Danielle

We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by how spotless everything was. The radio in the shared facilities was a lovely touch, and since we were the only guests, it was nice having the place to ourselves. Pod 5 had plenty of space, and the heater warmed the whole pod quickly. The area is lovely too, and we enjoyed a little walk in the morning.
