The place was tidy and clean, the staff pleasant, and the price reasonable, but the hot water needs fixing. There was no parking when I arrived, so I was sent to a nearby public street. I was put in Room No.7 and told the downstairs rooms draw heat away from it. They added a heater, but with the outside temperature dropping to zero, the room was freezing. In the morning there was no hot water from the bathroom sink taps, and the shower swung between very hot and cold.

Our triple room on the middle floor was quite pleasant, with a big TV, fan, fridge, and a decent-sized en suite. The landlady was really friendly and helpful. WiFi was good enough for simple gaming and streaming Netflix in HD.

The rooms at Oak Tree Guesthouse were really cosy, and what stood out most to me was how clean they were. Jo was so welcoming and friendly. I loved staying here while I was in Farnborough, and would highly recommend Oak Tree to anyone looking for a place to stay in Farnborough.

I stayed for a month and would highly recommend this clean, well-kept B&B. The location is great, and the landlady is excellent, helpful and friendly, and makes you feel welcome. 10/10 from me.

Really nice place, clean and friendly. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, with fresh towels. The in-room continental breakfast had plenty of choice.
