Premier Inn Faversham Hotel

The staff were pleasant and easy to approach, and nothing was too much trouble. There's free parking for residents, and having Aldi just behind the building was very convenient. The Premier Inn also has a comfortable dining area and a bar, with a bus stop at Aldi. It's about a 20-minute flat walk into Faversham, where there are plenty of excellent pubs and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and only positive things to say about this Premier Inn.

We arrived late and tired, but got a warm, friendly welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast came with huge smiles and another amazing welcome, and the kitchen staff were brilliant and helpful too. Highly recommend.

I stay here for work in the area, and it's a great example of a Premier Inn. My Premier Plus room is always clean and comfortable. After a day working outside, the hot shower with strong water pressure is just what I need. Dinner and breakfast are always up to a great standard, and the staff are friendly every time. Thanks, team.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. We weren't staying at the hotel, but had stopped to charge our car. With my two young children hungry and no other food options nearby, I went into the restaurant hoping to get something to eat. I was on my own with the children and was immediately told there were no seats for us. The restaurant looked almost empty, so I pointed out the many tables available. The staff member said they were reserved for breakfast and claimed the restaurant was very busy, but that didn't seem true. There were only around 4-6 people seated in the whole restaurant, all white guests. As an Asian mother with young children, I couldn't help feeling that we were deliberately refused service because of who we are. There seemed to be no honest or reasonable explanation for turning us away while the place was visibly empty. The experience was discriminatory, humiliating and deeply upsetting, especially with the children there. Instead of basic kindness, we were made to feel unwelcome and unwanted. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever had. I strongly warn families and people of colour to think twice before visiting this hotel or its restaurant.
