Liz and Stephen were lovely hosts, and they cater for gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful two-night stay with our dog, in a perfect location. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our stay at Grange Farm House was really pleasant, and we’d happily book again. The host was friendly and helpful, and the service was thorough and impeccable. It’s a lovely period property in an ideal spot, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The bedroom and en-suite were well furnished and very comfortable.

The room was amazing, spacious and so well equipped, and breakfast was really lovely. Stephen and Liz made me feel very welcome, were helpful, and know the area well. I’ve just had a wonderful two-night stay with my dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The owners were amazing, friendly and respectful. The house has great facilities, including a great shower and toilet in the room, and a comfy bed. The cooked breakfast was beautiful. It’s dog friendly, which was great, and well connected to Felixstowe beach and port. Highly recommended. Thanks for having us!

The owners are a fabulous, friendly couple who were happy to help with anything, and their fried breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed walking to the beach and town, and were glad our pup could join us since the hotel is dog friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. A lovely place to stay all round.
