At The Grafton, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a lovely sea view and all the essentials. Claire is a wonderful host. I’m looking forward to coming back when I’m in the area.

The Grafton is right on the seafront, with restaurants, bars, cafés and shops close by. There’s everything you need in the room, and Claire is so welcoming and personable. Another great stay. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Felixstowe. Thanks again!

We booked just three hours before check-in and found our room spotless. Claire was warm and a great host. We had a gorgeous sea view and watched the sunrise from the balcony during our three-night stay. Fresh, delicious breakfast each morning, and the room had tea, coffee, biscuits and water. It’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. Thanks so much, Claire, for an incredible stay. We’ll definitely return :)

Claire was welcoming and really helpful during our stay, and breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented. We booked at the last minute for two nights. The guest house is just across from the promenade, with great views of the beach. Our room felt homely, was clean and comfortable, and came well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again.
