The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, and there was a great choice at breakfast. The location worked well too: close to the seafront, with a supermarket across the road and town shops not far away. I booked an accessible room with a wet room, which was brilliant. One thing to know if you have a disability: the accessible bed is very low. It may suit wheelchair-to-bed transfers, but I needed a bed that was easier to get up from. I was told the beds can’t be raised anymore.

Dinner was the highlight of our stay. Bob (Front of House) and Mike (Chef) were so hospitable, and the food was outstanding. My steak was so good Dad insisted on buying me a second one. His pizza was just as good, though he was too full for another. Dessert was exquisite too. Dad and I stayed at Premier Inn Felixstowe Town Centre on the last night of our UK holiday. It was a great choice, with plenty of parking and a quiet spot within walking distance of the waterfront. Thanks!

We slept really well in a comfy bed, and the room was quiet even though it faced the road near a roundabout. Dinner was excellent, served nice and hot, and Lottie and the rest of the team were friendly and went above and beyond despite being short-staffed. Sheryl greeted us and checked us in quickly and easily. I’ve stayed at a few Premier Inns, so I found the rooms familiar, and this one was lovely and clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff made this Premier Inn stand out. Duty manager Sheryl and Chef Paul gave exemplary customer service. The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy too. I’ll book here again next time I’m in Felixstowe.

We come to Felixstowe a few times a year and stay here regularly. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help, and breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are bright and clean, as you’d expect from Premier Inn. It’s right by the promenade and pier, with lots of seafront activities and good restaurants nearby. The town centre shops are about a 10-minute walk away.
