Serene Sands

We had a great stay in this lovely Felixstowe townhouse. It felt like home, with comfortable beds, spacious accommodation and everything well maintained. The position opposite the sea was excellent, and the views were fabulous.

Waking up to the ocean view, hearing the waves, then strolling along the promenade or heading to the beach early in the morning was hard to put into words. The house is comfortable, spotless and stocked with everything you could need. The beds were great, and the pillows felt like clouds. The photos really don’t do the place justice. We had wonderful service from the start of the reservation. It would suit a family, but also anyone looking for a peaceful break from everyday pressures. We all had a lovely time and hope to return soon.

With the beachfront and great playgrounds just a two-minute walk away, this was a brilliant spot for a family with kids. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and we enjoyed walking and running in the nearby nature reserve. Felixstowe is a cute seaside town with friendly locals and good restaurants. My family of four and my parents had a wonderful time in this gorgeous home. It was super clean, tastefully furnished and had stunning views, with everything we needed to feel at home. We’d highly recommend it for a British seaside break and hope to visit again soon.

The hosts were so helpful, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Allergies meant we couldn’t enjoy all the complimentary treats, but that’s no complaint. They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome from day one. The beds were very comfortable and clean, there was lots of storage for clothes, and every room smelled so nice. We had a family weekend here and loved the cosy feel and warmly designed interiors. It’s high-end and luxurious, but still simple and comfortable, with clean, nice rooms. It felt like home, with three toilets, one bath/shower and an ensuite shower in the master bedroom. And those amazing views from the master bedroom’s Juliet Balcony! We were out and about most of the weekend and wished we’d had more time to enjoy the house. This is the place to stay by the seaside. I’ll definitely come back when I need a few days to chill by the beach. Pictures to follow...
