The area is lovely and Filey is only a five minute drive away. Our Blue Suite was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with a lounge, bedroom, and bathroom all to itself. Mark was a wonderful host, the breakfast choices were great, and the full English was perfect. The Bull Inn in the village serves really good food, but it gets busy, so book ahead. We couldn’t fault the experience and highly recommend the property.

Mark and Tina were two of the best hosts we’ve ever met, and we’ve already booked another stay. The suites are beautifully appointed, the hosts are fabulous, and the whole place has a lovely peaceful feel. It’s close enough to town for meals, and the breakfasts served in the suite are outstanding.

There were lots of animals to see, and the room was spacious. The hosts were really friendly, and breakfast was delicious. When they asked why we were staying, we mentioned it was my birthday, and within an hour they’d brought me a wonderful, freshly baked Victoria sponge cake!

The paddock views and peaceful, scenic surroundings were lovely. We slept well in a comfy bed and had a great breakfast. We’ll be back, and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Just two miles from Filey, this quiet spot has a little cottage with a spacious lounge, comfortable bedroom, and nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. The friendly hosts bring a perfect breakfast to your door at a time that suits you. We’ll definitely return.
