We loved sitting outside after a busy day, taking in the lovely views and listening to the sea in the distance. The apartment was beautiful, felt like a home from home, and had everything we needed right there. We had one question at the start of our holiday, and the owners replied quickly and even popped in the next day to check everything was okay and see if we needed anything. We’re really happy with our choice and will definitely come back. Thanks for making it such a nice stay. Liam, chelsey, and the kids.

Everything you might need is provided in this beautifully decorated apartment, and the setting is great, with everything close by. The owners are nearby, very friendly, and quick to help if there’s an issue. We’ll definitely come back soon. My only small niggle was not having a welcome pack when we arrived, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The apartment is well appointed and in a superb location, but there are some drawbacks. Parking is very difficult because there are around three times as many apartments nearby as parking spaces. The steps down to the apartment were also hard for me to manage with mobility issues. Although dogs are tolerated, the carpet throughout had numerous stains and could do with a Rug Doctor visit. There’s no fence or railing between the property and the busy road, so the only usable outdoor area isn’t suitable for pets unless they’re kept on a lead.

We booked The Garden Apartment for a week, arrived at 5pm on Saturday, and left at 9am on Monday. That probably says enough. The apartment is in desperate need of some TLC.

I can’t believe this apartment was given five stars. It looked good when we first walked in, but it was filthy. Dead flies covered the secondary glazing, there was dried blood on the back door, and the net curtain and shower hose were covered in black gunge. We also had to sweep leaves from the entrance that looked as though they’d been there since last autumn.
