The retail park location made it easy to get to shops and places to eat, and free parking throughout our stay was a real bonus. Staff were friendly, professional and respectful, which made the visit very pleasant. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was a great experience and good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again.

The room furniture was good quality and the bed was comfortable, but what stood out for me was how easy it was to work using the TV as a second screen. The built-in HDMI input connected to my laptop without any fuss. Very technology friendly, Premier Inn. The staff service was incredible too.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a restful night, even though the decor and furnishings felt a little dated. The bed was exceptionally cosy, and I woke up feeling fully refreshed. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was generally very good. I had a very comfortable stay at the Premier Inn in Bristol. It's a reliable, welcoming choice if you're looking for a good night's sleep in the city.

The accommodation is budget level, and there isn't much to do nearby. Parking was easy, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and reception staff were good. Be aware that breakfast isn't available, and the booking site doesn't make that very clear.
