10 to12 Folkestone Bed & Breakfast

We only planned to stop overnight for easy access to the tunnel, but Folkestone turned out to be beautiful and we definitely want to come back. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and our room was far beyond what we expected. A fabulous place to stay!

Folkestone has loads for foodies, with vintage shops and plenty of bars, so make a long weekend of it. 10 to 12 is a lovely place to stay, with beautiful rooms and such warm hospitality. Breakfast was a real treat too, especially the next-level scrambled eggs.

We've stayed here three times now, and Leigh and Mike make every visit feel easy. They're so welcoming and nothing seems like too much trouble. The spacious, clean rooms have everything you need, and the made-to-order breakfast is excellent. There's a friendly bar downstairs, some nice places to eat nearby, and it's a short walk into town or about 15 minutes to the pier. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We booked ten rooms for my sister's birthday weekend in Folkestone, so our group nearly took over 10to12. Mark and Leigh were wonderfully welcoming. My room was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space, an ensuite bathroom, and lots of tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly made and delicious. The B+B is close to the promenade along The Leas and the town centre amenities. I'd happily recommend 10to12 for another stay. Five stars!
