I spent a month at lennard house and had a great night's sleep because it was so quiet and peaceful. It was excellent value, very clean, and well maintained. My room was cleaned and the bedding changed weekly, and everything I needed was provided. There’s a shared kitchen to use, plus a washer and dryer. My room also had a fridge, microwave, and kettle. I’d highly recommend staying at lennard house.

I live here and have had a great experience. Paul, the administrator, looks after the place really well and makes sure it’s maintained. My room is spacious, with large windows that bring in lots of natural light. It’s also in a very convenient spot close to the city centre. Highly recommend.

I've been having a very pleasant long stay at Lennard House in Folkestone, Kent. It's got a good atmosphere and sits on a quiet street, just five minutes from the historic Harbour and Sandy Beach.

A lovely old building in a peaceful area, around five minutes from the Folkestone Harbour arm. There’s plenty of parking, and the rooms are large with spacious communal areas. The permanent residents are very helpful and accommodating.

The owners have clearly put a lot of work into raising the hotel's standard, and the refurbishment turned out great. My children and I were the first guests to stay at the newly refurbished Lennard House, and we really enjoyed it. Our room was very clean, with a spacious en-suite, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to town and the harbour but quiet at night when you want to sleep. When I’m in Folkestone, this is where I’ll stay.
