We had a great stay. The host was lovely, and the accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. There are beautiful walks and trails within a couple of miles too. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after a break away from home.

We barely saw or heard anyone else, even though Little Acorn is attached to the main house. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Inside, the space is comfortable and bright, and the fittings may be from IKEA, but they all work well. The outside area gets lovely sun, so if the weather cooperates, enjoy a drink at sunset or eat out there.

Well equipped, and only about a two-minute walk from the village. A lovely little place.

To be honest, I usually go next door, but I know this is a lovely place run by lovely people.
