Noble Apartment - Highland Club

We chose the Scriptorium from the different room options. The bedroom was lovely, with a beautiful ceiling, and the grounds were gorgeous. It was also handy having places to eat in Fort Agustus only about a five-minute walk away.

The Captain's apartment was spectacular, and splitting it with another couple worked perfectly for us while hiking Ben Nevis. We each had our own bathroom, too. We booked through Airbnb and were given a tour of the gorgeous grounds, with their architecture and nature views, plus a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks when we checked in. There was loads to enjoy without leaving the property: pool, sauna and steam rooms, the lakeside restaurant, laundry in the apartment, pool hall, and walking paths into town. I also had a quiet morning tea and biscuits by the lake on my own. We wished we'd booked one more day, since there was still so much on the grounds we didn't get to. Perfect for two couples in our mid-30s.

We had a spacious apartment with lovely furnishings and a very good kitchen, plus our own entrance and private garden. We stayed in de Chapel house, which I understand isn't really a standard apartment. The place is a monument in itself, and just walking around the grounds feels like an outing. We enjoyed our three nights and would very much recommend it if you can afford it. My only comment is about the swimming Pool opening hours.

A great spot for a few nights at the southern end of Loch Ness. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had premium crockery. There's plenty to do around the grounds, including a good games room and a sports simulator. We shared a full video review of our stay on social media as The Olive Tree Family.
