The host was incredibly friendly, and the room felt cozy and was clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the WiFi stayed connected. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't speak to it. The town centre, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The first impression could be better: the neighbours' front area had a year's worth of kids' toys and looked a bit neglected, and the B&B entrance could use a sweep. The TV was tiny and had no remote. Still, it was a nice stay and I'd come back.

The four of us stayed one night during our mountain bike ride across Scotland, from the west coast to the east. Breakfast was great, and I recommend the host couple for their genuine service.
